Bikini Beans Drive-Thru

This 32,000 SF site improvement project transformed a high-traffic corner on Scottsdale Road into the new drive-through location for Bikini Beans Coffee. Brien Contracting managed demolition of the existing parking lot and retention area, utility upgrades including a new transformer, and rerouting building mains—all without disrupting operations at the adjacent hotel. The work included structural concrete, landscaping, and asphalt paving, creating a highly functional, visually appealing site designed to support heavy customer flow and maximize the property’s long-term value for the owner.
