The project faced permitting delays and an extremely tight schedule, requiring careful coordination with client vendors and strict adherence to timelines. Located on the building’s third floor, the work was executed without disturbing neighboring tenants in active operation—showcasing our team’s ability to balance luxury quality with logistical precision.
