This 11,925 SF adaptive reuse project reimagines two 53-year-old medical buildings into a high-end hospitality and wellness destination for Jevidy Wellness. Brien Contracting completed a full interior demolition—including roof replacement and asbestos remediation—to connect the structures under a new skylit corridor while preserving their architectural integrity. The facility includes IV therapy rooms, a café, yoga studio, cold plunge, hyperbaric chamber, sauna, and red light therapy room, combining luxury design with medical precision. Extensive site upgrades included a new fire line across Indian School Road and a full parking lot redesign. The result is a thoughtfully executed transformation that merges wellness, technology, and timeless design.
