Monte Nido Rosewood - Eating Disorder Recovery Center

This 6,500 SF tenant improvement transformed a former residential property into a fully compliant healthcare facility for Monte Nido’s adolescent eating disorder recovery program. Midway through construction, the Arizona Department of Health Services reclassified the project as a hospital—triggering a full redesign and permitting pause to meet updated code requirements. Brien Contracting managed the transition with precision, coordinating plan revisions and fast-tracking critical infrastructure changes. The result is a warm, purpose-built facility that now serves as a safe, healing space for patients and staff. For our team, this was more than a build—it was a mission to help kids get the care they deserve.
