Located on the Estrella Campus in Phoenix, this 5,500 SF tenant improvement project for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona transformed a spec suite into a fully functional medical space for Prosano. The scope included a full buildout tailored to meet the operational needs of the incoming tenant, with medical-specific improvements and upgraded finishes. Mid-project, the lease activation required plan revisions and close coordination with the client to ensure the space would effectively serve the community.
