Terracon

This 20,000 SF tenant improvement for Terracon in Tempe included a complete interior renovation and strategic reconfiguration of their workspace. Brien Contracting transformed a former lab into dual classrooms with full AV integration and a motorized demising wall, allowing flexible use for training and internal meetings. The project also introduced a refreshed office environment with new carpet, wall finishes, upgraded glazing for natural light, and a modern refreshment area and restrooms. Completed in phases to accommodate ongoing operations, the new space has improved collaboration, training efficiency, and overall workplace morale.
