The Enclave

This 17,000 SF tenant improvement transformed a two-story office building in Scottsdale into a highly detailed, design-forward workspace for Wise Pelican. Brien Contracting completed a full demolition and rebuild under an extremely tight timeline, sourcing and installing 14 wall coverings, 10 flooring materials, and five ceiling types to achieve a distinctive, layered aesthetic. The project also included full renovation of two stairwells and careful coordination with the design team to deliver high-end results on schedule. The finished space reflects both craftsmanship and collaboration—a true showcase of partnership between owner, architect, and builder.
