Our Story
Since 2005 Chris Brien holds extensive experience in the Arizona Real Estate market. First beginning as a commercial broker before transitioning to construction in 2011. Starting with estimating and project management of significant civil construction projects ranging from $200,000 to $20, 000,000. These included roadways, highways, industrial building pads, and asphalt/concrete crushing and recycling. In 2018 Chris took his civil experience to the commercial. Since Brien Contracting is established as a “level of excellence” General Contractor for retail, medical, restaurant, and office commercial clients. His commercial experience clients an experience like never before seen with timely schedules, high communication, collaboration, and effective budgeting.
Sheley has over 21 years experience in business development, client relations and marketing. She is passionate about creating collaborations where all parties win and elevate each other. Sheley focuses her efforts towards creating lasting partnerships with clients and industry experts such as interior designers, realtors and architects. Sheley and Chris understand the construction process personally from building their own home and previous restaurant. If anyone understands the importance and necessity of timely projects staying within budget it’s Chris and Sheley. Together they leverage their experience to the benefit of each client and their goal is to create long-term relationships.
