Approximately 28,000 sqft of hospitality tenant improvement projects at Watermark in Tempe included the delivery of five first-generation retail and restaurant spaces within a Class A mixed-use development. Brien Contracting built out individual locations for local and National brands including Drybar, F45, Qwench Juice Bar, Sweet Republic, and Monroe’s Hot Chicken—each with distinct brand standards, permitting requirements, and schedules. The scope also included work within the Watermark parking structure for the building owner. Executed alongside active tenants in a multi-story environment, the project required precise coordination, strict schedule control, and a continued focus on clean, safe jobsite operations across all brands.
