You run the job site. Our superintendents lead field crews, uphold safety and quality, and keep the project on schedule. This role demands a solution mindset, clear communication, strong leadership, and the ability to keep operations moving without compromise.
Project Manager
Project Managers at Brien Contracting manage the full life of a project—from precon to turnover. You’ll lead teams, control risk, and proactively keep clients informed every step of the way. We hire PMs who think critically, move fast, and deliver without excuses.
Estimator
Estimators set the job up for success from the start. You’ll analyze scope, vet subs, and shape budgets that reflect real market conditions. In this role, strategic thinking and construction knowledge go hand-in-hand.
