This 35,000 SF industrial spec suite for Via West included demolition, upgraded lighting and HVAC, and the addition of new front-facing office spaces. Located in Tempe, the project also featured new roll-up doors to improve functionality and tenant flexibility. Designed by Daulke Design Group, the space was built to attract high-performing industrial users in a competitive market.
